Job Title: Tooling Assembler

Department: Fabrication / Assembly

Reports to: Fabrication Supervisor

Shift: 1st

 

Position Summary:

Responsible for inspecting and assembling tooling and system components from CAD data

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assembly tooling and system components
  • Fill out any necessary inspection worksheets
  • Maintain little to no rework or scrap
  • Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Experience / Skills:

  • Mechanically inclined
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints
  • Understand basic GD&T callouts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Good team player with organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Professional / comfortable working with customers
