Shift: Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

 

Position Summary:

 

Accomplishes department goals by communicating job expectations and scheduled tasks to staff while maintaining and overseeing product quality, timelines, and budgets. Assist, recommend, and oversee department processes in addition to overseeing and enforcing company safety policies.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute scheduled tasks
• Maintain and enforce safety policy
• Monitor and correct quality issues
• Enforce and create processes
• Monitor job budgets and timelines

Experience / Skills:

• 5 – 10 years’ manufacturing experience
• High attention to detail and quality
• Able to read and interpret blueprints
• Understand basic GD&T call-outs
• Must work well under pressure
• Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills
• Able to operate fork trucks and overhead cranes safely
• Able to keep work area clean and organized
