Established in 2012, the RIA Certified Robot Integrator Program provides robot integrators with a way to benchmark against industry best practices and allows robot users to develop a baseline for evaluating robot integrators. In order to become certified, integrators go through a rigorous process which includes an on-site audit, safety training and hands-on testing of key personnel among other important criteria.

Modern Approach

Completely developed in-house, our customer database application allows us to organize all of our service-related information. We’re able to keep a detailed history of every service, modification and installation we perform for our customers. This also gives our field technicians the ability to digitally write-up service reports, capture the customer’s signature for verification and E-Mail a PDF report directly to them.

Our trained technicians and service staff are available 24/7. We also offer spare parts for arc welding and material handling systems with long-lead-time items kept in stock.

Be sure to have your system serial number, robot F# and any applicable error messages available when contacting us. This allows us to maintain accuracy and look-up service history in our database.
